How to Request a Refund

Send a single email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund" within 7 days of your purchase date.

That's it. No forms. No phone calls. No explanation required.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refund Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After 7 days, the purchase is considered final and is no longer eligible for a refund.

The 7-day window begins at the moment of purchase, regardless of when you access or begin using the product.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the associated course materials, downloads, and membership area will be revoked. Any downloadable files (PDFs, guides, cookbooks) that you have saved to your device are yours to delete at your discretion, though we ask that you do not share or distribute them.

Bundle & Upsell Purchases

If you purchased multiple products as part of a bundle or during the checkout process (for example, the core course plus the cookbook or the Age Reversal Guide), you may request a refund for individual products or for the entire order. Just let us know in your email which product(s) you'd like refunded.

Cancellation Policy

All Gia Mura products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals. Once you buy, you own it forever, there is nothing to cancel.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. In almost every case, we can resolve the issue faster and more smoothly than the chargeback process. We process refunds within 48 hours, usually much sooner.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the loss of access to all purchased products and future purchasing privileges.
